Open Access Policy
Open access (OA) refers to online research outputs that are free of all restrictions on access (e.g. no need for a subscription to access), When anyone can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for and search within the information, or use it in education or another way within the legal agreements, the publication is called 'open access, as there are no financial, legal or technical barriers. The conference adopted the Open Access Policy and user license Creative Commons Attribute-Non Commercial-Share a Like 4.0 International License CC-BY-NC-SA, which makes research freely available to the public and creates the platform for the greater global exchange of knowledge for research.

The conference published all articles under the Creative Commons Attribute-Non Commercial-Share a Like 4.0 International License CC-BY-NC-SA. This license only allows others to download the conference-published work and share it with others as long as they credit it to the authors of the article and the conference, and do not use it for commercial purposes or for self-interest. The conference allows use for non-commercial and social development purposes.
